The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on eWallis.com. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

The intention of Wallis Trading Ltd is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer’s brochures or their respective websites. All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturers’ discretion. We will supply the product as supplied to us by the manufacturer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Trade Orders
The approved companies placing order through this trade website will also have to FAX and/or email “Official PURCHASE ORDER” on company’s headed paper showing their legal trading name, contact address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, company registration number, VAT number and also incorporate consent to charge the company’s or the persons in-charge of the company individual credit or debit card for the goods.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. General advertising offers on products may not necessarily be obtained on this site.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Due to the limited availability of items purchased in our special trade offers and clearance stock section we cannot guarantee fulfilment of your order. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide the item we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and America Express. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by BACS, cheque will be accepted subject to delivery upon cleared funds in our bank.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.
For bulk quantities being charged at volume and/or weight we will advise the delivery cost upon confirmation with courier companies and charged accordingly. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland(BT), Isle of Man(IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles(PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles(HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. AM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application. Please email us for quotation.
Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Wallis Trading Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss. Wallis Trading Ltd’s liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 48 hours days from delivery.
Faults: A product is deemed to be faulty on arrival if it shows symptoms of a failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact customer services within 7 days from the delivery date. You can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
Faulty Returns & Product Guarantees
Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our product support team you will be offered the following options:
• A replacement: this item will be shipped to you at our own expense.
• A repair: the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
• A full refund provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our product support team then you will be offered the following options:
• Return of the goods the cost of delivery charged to you.
• Refund the invoice cost less any applicable delivery and collection charges provided the product is "as new" and complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged to you.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer’s Guarantee for a period of 12 months. However, some manufactures have a lifetime guarantee. In this case please contact us. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered.
Cancellation & Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund. Goods must be returned "AS SOLD" in the original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in "AS NEW" pristine condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.
The buyer will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by the customer. Return and refund is subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of these terms, goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories missing.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
