Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked to complete your personal details to enable us to process your order. Your information will not be released to third parties.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and cheques drawn on a UK bank. Please allow 10 business days from receipt for funds to clear on top of the normal delivery time.

Shipping And Handling

A small shipping or postal charge will be added to your order. This will be shown at the time of confirming your order.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will be processed once we have received payment. Generally, based on availability of items, we will despatch your order to UK addresses in 3 -to- 5 business days . International orders not more than 21 days.

While every effort is made to get your order to you as quick as possible, Minispeakers can not guarantee delivery times especially outside of the UK.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns & Refund Policy


All items purchased on this web site may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund.
    
Defective goods may be returned up 28 days after purchase. All defective goods will be subject to our Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Item(s) Policy.

For your protection, please use an insured carrier to return items back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning items to us.

This returns policy does not affect Your Statutory Rights.

Please Note:

    1) Replacement item(s) will only be dispatched once we have received your original returned item(s).

    2) We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

    3) All Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Item(s) must be returned to us before we can issue a  refund, repair or exchange.

    4) We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% or £5.00 which ever is greater.

    5) Products ordered by mistake using our free delivery service will be subject to a delivery charge for sending out the correct item.

    6) That postage & packaging are direct costs and therefore will not be refunded in any circumstances.

    7) Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned items.

    7 Day Money Back Guarantee

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights. Returned Items must be in perfect condition. Goods must be unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact). If the seals are broken or the product is not suitable for resale a 15% restocking fee will be charged. A fee of £3.99 will be levied on all returned goods purchased using the ‘Free Delivery Service’ – this will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds will be subject to our Returns Policy and Refunds Policy. The 7 day period commences the day of receipt of goods.


Items damaged in transit


If you take delivery of a package from ewallis and the ‘Contents’ have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.


Defective Items


You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days for an exchange, repair or refund. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. All returned goods must be logged and issued a valid returns number, which can be obtained by contacting our returns team at: info@ewallis.com .

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item in this circumstance.
